Currently, Mobile and Mobile Onboarding are only two of the more than 650 innovations in the New York version, including the natural language understanding (NLU) innovation integrated in the ServiceNow Virtual Agent. With NLU, employees can use simple language human terms to interact with the Virtual Agent to quickly find answers, request articles or get help solving common problems; all without contacting the customer service center.
These innovations in the Now platform, coupled with the machine learning capabilities of ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence, can help organizations provide a comprehensive service experience and make it easy for employees to get the help they need.
