Intellibot extends ServiceNow’s core workflow capabilities by helping customers automate repetitive tasks to achieve intelligent end-to-end automation. ServiceNow plans to build Intellibot functionality natively into the Now platform, making it easier for customers to integrate with modern and legacy systems to increase productivity and enhance existing artificial intelligence (AI) and enhance machine learning (ML).
