ServiceNow won a $6.3 million deal to replace CoVax, NSW Health’s internal vaccination booking system with its own platform.

According to this two-year transaction through a selective tendering process, the enterprise software provider will provide the ServiceNow vaccination management platform for NSW Health Vaccination Centers across the state.

According to a NSW eHealth spokesperson, the new platform provides scalability and ease of use and is designed to manage the vaccination management process.

This includes making appointments, tracking vaccination doses, recording clinical information, managing clinic workflows, and contacting the Australian Immunization Registry.

“EHealth NSW remains committed to supporting NSW Health’s digital health response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the ServiceNow vaccination management platform has proven to be a valuable tool to support the state’s rapid acceleration of vaccination programs,” the spokesperson told ARN.
