ServiceNow specialist Enable Professional Services has partnered with LexisNexis to provide the first solution for near real-time regulatory compliance.

LexusNexis simplified the compliance language into an easy-to-understand form.

Enable has developed an integrated risk management (IRM) and governance risk and compliance (GRC), which can obtain relevant information from LexisNexis and provide it to the ServiceNow portal.

Enable said that the new product will improve workflow, increase efficiency and increase productivity, so customers can keep up with the pace of regulatory changes.

Paul Thomason, Director of Strategy and Innovation, said that the key to business benefits lies in the depth of the ServiceNow platform

He said: “Because GRC and ServiceNow are a single platform and a database, you can actually incorporate regulatory compliance control into all these processes,”

“That’s why you can get it in real time or near real time. Therefore, you are testing your compliance based on monitoring the process they manage in the platform.”

“You are incorporating regulations, compliance, and risk profiles into the process that you are managing. And it’s all recorded in a single system. I think this is really powerful now.”

Enabling Director Bruce Hara said that the partnership provides customers with real business value, and they will have better visibility and better decision-making processes in a compliance environment.

“The most important benefit is that business reality is much more important than technology integration, which is also our goal.”

Since 2014, Enable has been an Elite partner of ServiceNow. This is its first cooperation with another supplier. Although Enable does not intend to resell its solutions, Hara said the company is willing to negotiate with partners.
