Trianz, a digital transformation consulting and technology services company, has expanded its partnership authorization with two global IT vendors: Amazon AWS and ServiceNow.

Trianz is a long-term partner of the two vendors and can help customers implement, improve and maintain their Amazon AWS and ServiceNow applications. Companies use Amazon AWS for cloud conversion, and ServiceNow provides software that can help them digitally operate workflows and processes, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM).

Trianz started its relationship with Amazon AWS in 2013. Over the years, the company has added different certifications to its roster, including becoming an AWS managed service provider partner in 2016, followed by advanced consulting partner certification and strategic Market partner AWS.

Now, the consulting company has added the status of AWS DevOps capabilities to its list, proving that Trianz can provide centralized continuous integration and continuous delivery, monitoring, logging and performance management, and infrastructure as a code service.

To obtain this title, consulting companies must undergo strict technical verification related to DevOps and evaluate the security, performance and reliability of their Amazon Web Services (AWS) solutions. Sameer Zaveri, Vice President of Cloud Practices at Trianz, said: “We are very pleased that AWS is aware of the strength, depth and quality of our DevOps capabilities. This verification highlights our expertise in helping customers adopt agile and DevOps practices.”

Eric Lucas, Head of Cloud Practice, added: “We use the latest tools and technology to support a unique DevOps use case realization method to provide our customers with business agility, which is critical to the digital economy.”

At the same time, ServiceNow, headquartered in Santa Clara (Santa Clara), promoted Trianz from the previous professional partner level to a major partner. KC Sreeram, vice president of Trianz’s infrastructure business, said that this progress is supported by the growing track record in the field. “It recognizes that Trianz has successfully met 4C’s ServiceNow partner evaluation method standards [committed capacity, competency, customer success and capability] And the maturity of entering the market. ”

Trianz President Ganeshan Venkateshwaran added: “We have used ServiceNow to provide some innovative solutions to help our customers meet various challenges while implementing new features.

As ServiceNow’s premier partner, Trianz will be able to expand its scope of authority and now provide consulting and implementation services with advanced automation capabilities. Trianz’s core functions in the ServiceNow platform include ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, OI and SAM, providing services to customers worldwide.
