Wipro and Google Cloud launch cloud innovation space

Google Cloud and Wipro launched Wipro-Google Cloud Innovation Arena in Bangalore, India, hoping to enhance cloud capabilities and create new cross-industry products.

The cloud collaboration space aims to provide in-house technical expertise, ensure seamless adoption of the cloud, and accelerate innovation to drive customer business transformation.

The two companies said that by combining Google Cloud with Wipro FullStride Cloud Services, the jointly developed innovation center will provide global customers with a series of personnel, processes and platforms. The center will showcase the talent, tools, and best practices needed to develop and deploy applications on Google Cloud.

In August, as part of the cooperation with ServiceNow, Wipro added a new studio in its technology center in Plano, Texas, to support customers’ digital transformation efforts. The studio, named @now Studio, will use ServiceNow’s simplified process and digital workflow to create customized products. Wipro’s Texas Technology Center is home to the company’s US cyber defense division and is an incubator for the development of advanced analytics and cloud technologies.
