Servicenow of the United States has acquired Israel Loom Systems, an expert in the field of artificial intelligence in IT operations (AIOps). The amount of the acquisition was not disclosed.

Loom Systems’ technology should further complement Servicenow’s IT service management and IT operations management solutions. In this way, customers can better understand their digital operations and can resolve IT barriers to prevent them from becoming real problems.
