Computacenter strengthens its position in the ServiceNow ecosystem by acquiring TeamUltra

Computacenter announced the acquisition of TeamUltra, a British service management company, ServiceNow’s gold service certified partner. The unspecified financial status of this acquisition allows the distribution and IT services group to strengthen its position in the ServiceNow partner ecosystem. TeamUltra has 60 ServiceNow experts and experts, with more than 600 successful projects and implementations.

“Our strategy includes releasing the efficiency of users and their businesses, implementing an operable digital environment, adapting to our customers’ environment, and focusing on achieving their goals”, Computacenter CEO Mike Norris said in a press release. “This acquisition strengthens the distributor and integrator partnership that we signed with ServiceNow six months ago, which allows us to support our customers in their digital transformation through the use of integrated cloud services. The acquisition of TeamUltra allows us to base ServiceNow on Cloud’s ITSM IT service management platform, customer service management, security operations, IT operations management, etc. are linked with Computacenter’s NGSD (recently awarded) and Digital Workplace products to transform the end user experience.”

TeamUltra maintains its independence, but will now become the official provider of Computacenter’s ServiceNow service, as well as the point of contact for managed services, professional services, products, and licensing.

Computacenter and TeamUltra have been partners since last year, implementing a series of projects for financial, utility and pharmaceutical customers.
