Lucerne IT service provider Bithawk has won Servicenow’s highest partner award. Bithawk announced that the company is a new elite partner for IT service management providers in California.
In order to achieve this status, Bithawk must meet the “highest standards” in terms of well-trained staff, sales, customer satisfaction and special certifications. In addition, the company must also demonstrate skills, industry knowledge and international projects in the digital field.

Bithawk has provided services to 30 customers in the Servicenow environment. These companies include BKW, Emmi Group, Igorsia, Jungfrau Bahnen and Lindt & Sprüngli International. Bithawk CEO Oliver Schalch (Oliver Schalch) said in a statement: “There are signs that we have the ability to vigorously expand Servicenow activities in 2020, accompanied by numerous launch activities.”
