More details about the integration:
Box with ServiceNow legal service delivery
Officially listed today, the new integration enables joint clients to complete their legal workflow by directly using Box in ServiceNow’s legal service delivery. Now, any content related to the legal workflow can be seamlessly stored in Box, ensuring that all sensitive legal documents are safe.
Today, many content processes require that legitimate files be saved to the desktop and shared via email, resulting in duplicate versions of the same file. Box and ServiceNow’s legal teams will now be able to manage their contracts through this integration, allowing them to review, sign and save contracts directly to Box to maximize efficiency and eliminate content silos. To make contract signing and legal workflow easier, Box will also release its electronic signature function Box Sign this summer.
In addition, saving the entire legal workflow back to Box ensures that all content will inherit Box’s industry-leading security and governance features, ultimately helping customers to ensure their content is safe while maintaining compliance.
Continuous cooperation between Box and ServiceNow
Since 2018, Box has prioritized several integration points with ServiceNow, including the Box spokes of ServiceNow IntegrationHub. This feature can seamlessly automate common content processes and improve employee productivity. The Box spokes have more than 20 Box operations, including uploading files, adding collaborators, or adding metadata to files, which can be used to build content-driven workflows in ServiceNow. These actions can be triggered from within ServiceNow to speed up daily business processes and significantly improve employee efficiency.
