Dynatrace announces planned integration with ServiceNow Service Graph Connector

Waltham, Massachusetts –Business line)-Software intelligence company Dynatrace (NYSE: DT) today announced that it has joined ServiceNow® Service Graph Connector Program, a new name in the Technology Partner Program, aimed at enhancing integration between Dynatrace® And ServiceNow. The Service Graph Connector utilizes the expertise of ServiceNow technology partners and ServiceNow engineering technology to provide a fast and reliable method for importing third-party data into ServiceNow Service Graph and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Dynatrace’s service graph connector enables customers to use Dynatrace Smartscape® Use real-time topology information to enrich ServiceNow’s Service Graph and CMDB, including in-depth application and infrastructure entity discovery, to ensure accurate and precise understanding of dynamic multi-cloud environments. This allows them to improve the user experience and accelerate digital transformation with greater confidence and less risk.
