ServiceNow introduced the new major version of the Now platform under the name of Paris. Initially started as a provider of IT service management, it is now an environment to realize digital workflow: based on the meta-platform, customers can use the workflow introduced by ServiceNow-IT service management, human resource management and customer service-and also provide your own Application and workflow.

With the release of the new version, ServiceNow will provide six new products on its platform, and manufacturers promise to use these new products to digitize the previous manual workflow and increase productivity. Three of the new products are cross-industry: Business Continuity Management aims to support customers in avoiding IT failures based on data collected in ServiceNow customer instances. Using hardware asset management, users should be able to track the life cycle of IT inventory. The delivery of legal services is aimed at legal departments and aims to support their digitization by reducing manual emails and phone calls.

In addition, ServiceNow is introducing three branch-specific extensions for the financial industry, service management in telecommunications businesses, and technical monitoring of telecommunications networks. The Paris version of the Now platform is immediately available.
