Since launching globally in 2015, we have provided more than 1,000 types of applications (as of September 2020), including more than 240 types of ServiceNow applications, and more than 700 developed by partners so far Types of applications. Beginning in July last year, ServiceNow Japan launched a new ISV program in Japan to expand the partner ecosystem to respond to the unique business customs and needs of Japanese companies and organizations. As part of this plan, Japan’s ISV certified partners have made it possible to provide various proprietary applications in the ServiceNow store.

About a year after ServiceNow Japan launched the ISV program, we increased the number of unique apps in Japan to 10 (as of September 2020) and provided these apps in the ServiceNow store operated by the headquarters. However, some customers and partners reported that it is difficult to search Japanese apps in terms of convenience and visual effects in global stores.
Therefore, in order to make it easier for Japanese customers and partners to search for Japanese applications that meet their Japanese business needs, we will promote the use of Japanese applications by domestic ISV partners. In order to further accelerate application development and expand the application lineup, we decided to open a Japanese version of the Service Now store.
